Favorite part of the wedding ceremony

The music we picked out was extra special. I chose 'Marry Me' by Train. My friend sang the song along with the guitar, it was beautiful to hear especially standing there looking at my future husband.

Our wedding songs

My first dance was a song that Adam picked out on his own. It was really special because I hadn't ever heard the song before. It was by Chris LeDoux - 'Look at You, Girl.' Adam said that song was perfect because its exactly what happened to him when we started dating. It is something that will always be special to me because he picked it out.

My father/daughter dance was so tough. I knew the perfect song for my dad and I but I did not want to dance to it because I knew I would cry my eyes out. I started playing songs over and over but kept coming back to the same song. Finally, I played it for my dad he had tears in his eyes and I did too. I knew that was the song for us. We danced to Tim McGraw's 'My Little Girl'.

Adam danced to 'My Wish' by Rascal Flatts with his mom. This describes Adam perfectly because he goes out of his way for others and that was how he was brought up. I loved seeing him smile dancing with his mom.

Funniest reception moment

OH YES!!!! My new father-in-law bought me a miniature horse and gave it to me at the reception. Adam had no idea and neither did I. His name is Dandy and I was so excited that I started crying..... This is something that NO ONE will forget about our reception.

About the dress

My dress was something I never expected to pick out! It was covered in lace and some of the flowers had a tint of a pale pink on it. It was beautiful. I knew it was the one as soon as I walked out of the dressing room but I knew it was missing "my signature style" so I added a Vera Wang crystal embellished sash around it. That made it my dress. I knew it was the one because I took pictures and I could not stop looking at them.

Honeymoon destination?

Yes, we went to Negril, Jamaica through Sandals. If anyone goes on a trip or honeymoon go through Sandals. They treat you so well and it was amazing.

Vendor shout-out!

Amazing. I had graphic designer make my programs as well as my Him and Her cards for the dinner tables. They were perfect with my entire style of the wedding. If anyone ever needs programs or invitations, check out Jenna Day. So cost worthy and beautiful work!
